999cuci services are only available to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not currently listed on any self-exclusion list or gambling protection program of any regulatory body.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for any other party.
• You are not located in a geographic region where use of 999cuci's services is prohibited under local law.

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the 999cuci platform. Registering more than one account by the same individual – whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Inaccurate or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without a refund. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur.
